I can’t believe it’s been almost a year since I took this trip to Portland. And yes, still have not finished scrapping my photos! Lately I’ve been making a point to finish these adventures. The layout below I used the latest cards and stamps from the Kelly Purkey Shop.
First I used the Chelsea alpha stamp set to create “pdx”. I was afraid of messing up the placement and wanted it to be perfect so I actually stamped them on white cardstock first and then cut them out. I attached the letters to a card from the monthly kit: Lucky Ones. To balance the white card, I used a black squiggle card and stamp, both from the Traveler’s Notebook kit.

Yes, those are boobies. This was a photo of a pillow we saw in one of the Portland shops. I just loved the freestyle design of it all and personally, I think made the perfect card! I used a stamp from the Carpe Diem mini kit to simply place atop my ice-cream cone photo, complete with a staple.

The journaling card was made by stamping a layered girl from the Wearing & Loving stamp set on top of a card from the White Grid card pack (love this pack!)

Hope you enjoyed taking a look at this spread! It’s not my typical style (I actually journaled by hand!), but I really love how it turned out! Thank you for stopping by!
